Kay Cee Digital adds to its wide-format armoury

Indian printer Kay Cee Digital has celebrated its first birthday with the addition of an HP Scitex Grand to its wide-format fleet.

The family-run business, which began originally as a flour and spinning mill that diversified into print one year ago, aims to use the new press for super-wide-format outdoor applications, such as billboards and banners.

Joint director Kartik Gupta, who manages the company with brother Ankit, said: "We knew lots of people from the print industry and received positive support, feedback and guidance.

"All it took was hard research, consultation and execution. We were up and running in about a month's time."

Kay Cee's team of designers and print technicians cater to bulk works for clients from some of the country's top advertising agencies.
