K2 founder and chairman Kevan Coleman said: "The business has been undersold for years and I want a young team to take responsibility and put us firmly on the map."
David Brandrick, who began his career at K2, has joined as business development director from Ashprint Press, where he was managing director.
Amanda King becomes business development manager for London and the south-west, after leaving Orchestra Group.
"I'm looking forward to her aggressive sales style, and she's got a wealth of experience," said Coleman.
Jeremy Fisher has also joined from Orchestra Group as business development manager for the South West.
