The InTouch Group has acquired London-based design company West City 2, incorporating the company into its London offices.
"Although the two companies are in the same offices, they will be run as separate entities," said a spokeswoman for InTouch.
The spokeswoman said that both companies had common customers, and therefore West City 2 provided a perfect fit.
West City 2 employs 17 people, and all have been retained in the acquisition.
The InTouch Group was established in 1990, originally created to offer expertise and advice in the digital artwork and repro market, with the main bulk of its clients in the packaging industry.
Last year the group, which has 230 employees, reported sales of 7.5m, with pre-tax profits of over 1.1m.
