Iceni Technology's Infix programme is an easy-to-use, fully functioning PDF editor that's described as "a revolutionary word processor for PDF documents".
The package allows text and image changes within PDF files and will reflow paragraphs if necessary. It's been available since the beginning of the year but the latest version, 1.2, includes multi-language support.
"The difference between Infix and other products is that it will re-hyphenate and re-justify the text if necessary," explained Richard Patterson, who is marketing Infix for Iceni through his new venture, Thirdmove. Patterson was the founder of RIP developer Hyphen.
"Lots of people use PDFs for presentations and we get people buying this software at weekends when they realise they need to edit something and don't have the original documents," Patterson added.
