An alliance between Heidelberg and Purup-Eskofot may be on the cards.
Rumours circulating the pre-press industry indicate that Heidelberg is interested in buying or collaborating with the Danish pre-press firm.
"I can confirm it won't be an acquisition," said Purup-Eskofot president and chief executive William Schulin-Zeuthen.
Heidelberg was unavailable for comment as PrintWeek went to press.
