The Hull-based firm printed 250,000 labels on its Gallus presses for The Body Shops new Hemp Serum moisturiser.
And Ian Davis, Harlands area sales manager for the south of England, said that The Body Shop was looking to use the application for other product lines. The Wrap and Peel label can be wrapped around cylindrical packaging twice. The face layer, which can be printed full-colour, can be peeled off to reveal text underneath.
Davis said it was ideal for firms selling products in many countries. He added that the labels could accommodate six different language versions, cutting down on the number of versions of label required for multi-country products.
