Hampshire Flag Company promotes international rowing event with feather flags

Hampshire Flag Company has donated two feather flags to help promote Britain's hosting of the FISA World Rowing Junior Championships at Eton Dorney next year.

The flags were produced for the sport's governing body British Rowing and will be used during a series of events across the summer to promote attendance of the tournament.

The 2.4m-wide flags were printed on Dupont Artistry machines using knitted polyester by the 21-staff company, which also counts the likes of Selfridges, the BBC, Channel 4 and BA on its client roster.

Graham Wilkinson, managing director of the £2m-turnover company, said: "Feather flags are a striking, eye-catching and contemporary way of communicating and we are extremely pleased with the Junior Championship Feather Flags."
