Gobet produces Nobel prize photography work

Geneva-based Gobet Production was tasked with producing billboards and panels for the 'Making Peace' photography exhibition, celebrating the 100th anniversary of the Nobel Peace Prize.

The month-long exhibition, held earlier this summer, showcased photography using five key colours to highlight the five core components of what the organisation termed 'sustainable peace'.

Gobet produced 50 billboards and more than 100 panels for the event using its HP Designjet L65500 and L25500 printers and HP HDPE Reinforced banner substrate and latex ink to adhere to the International Peace Bureau's (IPB) environmental policies.

IPB exhibition curator Ashley Woods said: "Once the files had been finalised, the test prints completed and the files adjusted, we had just three days to produce the whole exhibition from start to finish - advertising billboards and panels covering a 350m surface along the promenade in Geneva. Gobet managed to produce striking prints with vibrant colours within a very short time frame."
