But Roger Walker has no plans to leave the company and said the money could be used to ease cashflow.
Since the programme was recorded two weeks ago it has been very strange, said Walker. I was on GMTV this morning and Ive come back to calls from customers desperate for their jobs.
Walker, whose show was aired on Tuesday (26 February), could have netted 1m if he had known that the Speckled Wood was a butterfly and not a moth. However, he did know that the image of Ulysses S Grant was not on Mount Rushmore, that James Gillray was a caricature painter and that pulchritude referred to a person blessed with physical beauty.
The four-staff company serves some very good customers with a single- and two-colour GTO.
Ill keep working, why not? said Walker. Besides, its a nicer job to be in if you have some money behind you.
