The Croydon-based firm has agreed to sell its six-storey, 900m2 premises to the Mental Health Aftercare Association for 1.8m, with the proceeds of the sale going to reduce the firm's debt.
Fulmar chief executive Mike Taylor said that the sales and typesetting operation would move to new premises in a similar area on the northern fringe of the City. No new accommodation has been found as yet, but Taylor said he hoped to find a new office just outside London's congestion charging zone.
He added that the current premises, which the firm bought in 1998, were too big for RFP's requirements and that the plan would be to find an open-plan, single-floor site for the division.
