The Croydon-based group has agreed to sell its six-storey, 900sqm premises to the Mental Health Aftercare Association for 1.8m, with the proceeds of the sale going to reduce the firm's debt.
Mike Taylor, Fulmar chief executive, said that the sales and typesetting operation would move to new premises in a similar area on the northern fringe of the City.
No new accommodation has been found as yet, but Taylor said that he hoped to find a new office just outside London's congestion charging zone.
He added that the current premises, which the firm bought in 1998, were too big for RFP's requirements and that the plan would be to find an open-plan, single-floor location for the division.
Production for the site is carried out at Fulmar's Croydon plant.
