Full-time BAPC task for Bobb

The British Association for Print and Communication (BAPC) chairman Sidney Bobb has taken the role on a full-time basis to work on new projects and to expand the association.

Bobb has been chairman since 1995 and prior to taking the post full time he had been director for two years at The Color Company. He takes on the role at a time when the BAPC plans to broaden its training offer and international links.

The organisation is aiming to build on its training offer through government-backed schemes. Earlier this year the BAPC offered free advice for printers worried about profit margins and technology, as part of a European-funded scheme.
