Four new print tenders open for bids

A raft of new print tenders spanning several industry sectors are currently live via the government’s Contracts Finder platform.

The largest by stated value, at £1.05m, is from Onward Homes, which is looking to procure a single provider for print and bulk mailing and direct mailing services across the group.

The tender notice will close at 12pm on 16 February 2024, with the contract set to start on 1 April 2024 and end on 31 March 2027.

The UK Hydrographic Office, meanwhile, is looking for the printing and fulfilment of defence charts.

Worth £600,000, the tender will close at 11am on 22 February 2024. It will then start on 15 April 2024 and end on 14 April 2026.

Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust is reviewing its print requirements to drive cost savings and process efficiencies through standardisation.

It said it wishes to invite potential providers to make a tender submission to provide print and delivery of high quality marketing documentation throughout the health economy within Kent, East Sussex, and London.

“The successful provider will be required to undertake print and supply across a broad range of corporate stationery, including but not limited to: leaflets, booklets/brochures, flyers, posters, pull-up displays, business cards and postcards,” it stated.

“The contract will include the print, supply and delivery of documents within the lots that you are successful for.”

With a value of £480,000 to £600,000, the tender is due to close at 9am on 15 February 2024. It will then start on 21 April 2024 and end on 20 April 2026.

Finally, Dover District Council wishes to select and appoint a suitable contractor for the provision of printing and delivery of electoral registration and election materials.

The initial contract is for a period of three years, with the option to extend for a further two years in yearly increments.

Worth £375,000, the tender will close at 12pm on 12 February 2024. It will then start on 1 June 2024 and end on 31 May 2027.
