Swiss firm GretagMacbeth has revamped its free customer support centre for users, which features a searchable base of information including tip sheets, FAQs and techniques to get the best possible colour.
Users can also get live help by submitting an email question, while customers can engage in a live chat with a technical support agent.
Meanwhile, Cambridge-based Global Graphics has updated its FAQs, written by senior technical consultant Martin Bailey, on everything related to PDF/X.
Subjects covered in the document include the influence of PDF/X on print jobs in addition to comparisons with TIFF/IT and pre-flighting, and explanations on how to construct a pre-press workflow with PDF/X.
