Former Photobition director Bob Bushby says he now has enough support to call an EGM if necessary (PrintWeek, 27 July).
Since the launch of the Photobition Forum action group and website, Bushby said support had come from a raft of former and incumbent directors, management and staff.
Bushby and representatives of the Forum had an informal meeting with Photobition directors last week. Bushby said he had also identified a nominee replacement chief executive, who was "a specialist with specific experience in restructuring businesses and company turnarounds".
A statement on the Forum website claimed Photobition employees and directors had been banned from logging onto the website for fear of disciplinary action.
