Ex-B&P pair set up new consumables business

Two former employees of B&P Lightbrigade, the printer and supplier that went into administration in March, have set up a new consumables business for wide-format printers.

RPSD Print Supplies was founded in May by Shauna Doody and Rodney Pollard, both of whom worked in the consumables division of B&P.

The company specialises in the supply of inks, banner material, encapsulating films, vinyl and display accessories. Suppliers on board already include Océ, Figra, Soyang and Tac-Rite.

The Manchester-based business supplies the same range of products that were previously offered under the B&P Lightbrigade brand.

Shauna Doody, joint managing director of RPSD Print Supplies, said: "RPSD has more than 35 years of combined experience in the wide-format imaging market.

"We offer solutions for a wide range of digital print and laminating applications."
