Run On (UK) went into administration on 14 June, having suffered from bad debt and cashflow problems after a major customer went into liquidation.
The business and its assets, including a transfer of employees, was sold for 15,000 to Run On (UK) Print Solutions, on the same day as administrators Roger Tulloch and Robert Horton of Smith & Williamson were officially appointed.
The directors of Hertfordshire-based Run On (UK), which collapsed owing creditors a total of 353,577, are listed at Companies House as Robert Vincent and Steven Bloom.
Records at Companies House also show that the directors of the new firm, Run On (UK) Print Solutions, are also listed Vincent and Bloom.
The company prior to Run On (UK), which was simply known as Run On, of which both Vincent and Bloom were also directors, went into administration on 19 June 2003.
The largest single trade debt was for over 80,000 at one Essex-based print firm.
