Polestar is poised to announce its long-expected acquisition of a European printing business.
The group is expected to buy Heliocolour from media group Hachette Filipacchi Medias, which this week annonced the sale of half of its European printing operations in France, Belgium and Italy to Imprimerie Nationale.
