Chief executive Colin Davies said during September and October the business had invoiced 2.5m worth of sales per month.
Davies said etrinsic, whose clients include the National Express Group and financial company Certegy, had grown enormously over the past two years.
For the remainder of its financial year, Davies said he was hoping the business would turn over around 2m per month.
The company, which was previously known as Forms UK, will now go forward to the Birmingham Post Business of the Year awards, to be held in February next year.
Etrinsics chairman is CBI director general Digby Jones, who was appointed in August last year.
