Eight Days a Week Print Solutions (EDWPS) has expanded its team with the appointment of two senior sales leaders who formerly worked at YM Group.

Award-winning EDWPS carried off SME of the Year and Customer Service Team of the Year - SME at the recent Printweek Awards.

Rob Moules has joined the Nottingham firm as sales director, while Mark Foskett becomes business development director.

Moules left his role at YM at the beginning of the year, while Foskett departed in early March.

EDWPS managing director Lance Hill knew Moules and Foskett well from his own time working at YM Group’s Lettershop business, prior to joining EDWPS in September 2019.

Hill and Foskett also attended print college together more than 30 years ago, when Hill was an apprentice at Colorgraphic and Foskett was a trainee estimator at Artisan.

Hill praised the duo for having a “passion for all things printed and going above and beyond for customers”, and said they would “fit right in” at the firm.

“They are two top sales guys and will help support our growth plans. We are growing new revenue streams and customers have been approaching us over recent weeks as the situation at YM unfolded.

“We’re planning to do something a bit different that helps to grow the whole business,” Hill added.

“The Printweek Awards could not have come at a better time. It has put us on the map for what we’re doing now.”

Separately, EDWPS has also just taken on Nick Ashmore as account manager. He previously worked at Sunline Direct Mail and Mailbox DM.

Hill said the 26-staff, £8m-turnover direct mail and digital printing specialist was planning for underlying growth as the spike in Covid-related work it has taken on over the last two years falls away as anticipated.
