The site at Keynsham near Bristol handles print and reprographic work for a number of MoD internal publications.
A spokesman for the MoD confirmed the Keynsham print plant was under review. However, he said this was part of the MoD's current assessment of its whole supply chain, which formed part of the MoD's Future Defence Supply Chain Initiative.
The spokesman declined to comment on whether this could lead to a closure of Print Function, although he said a decision would be announced soon.
