Anthony joins the Fife-based papermaker from Northampton-based Discovery Foods, where she headed human resources.
Her experience also includes six years with the National Health Service as HR and training manager. Anthony said her role would be to develop the HR function within Curtis, which will include training and personal development.
"I look forward to adding value to the business and its employees, and playing a full part in shaping the future of Curtis Fine Papers," she said.
