The range does not require sapphire pre-treatment, which allows printers to use the product direct from stock. This minimises lead times and eliminates the risk of shelf-life deterioration associated with sapphire-treated paper.
The Digital Academy carries out substrate tests for runnability, ink transfer and blanket compatibility, as well as ink/substrate interactions.
The Conqueror Digital Reels range already has approval from Pira for all Xeikon presses.
