The London-based company acquired Pixelis ProofROOM, ProofCreator and DigiSeps software at Ipex. The products will now be called ProvaROOM, ProvaRIP and ProvaDigiSeps.
Centurfax and Prova Digital managing director Bob Leslie said that advances had been made to the software since the acquisition.
The ProvaROOM software has now been completely re-compiled and is running more efficiently and more productively than the original, he claimed.
The new companys other directors are director of support Mark Edwards and director of software development Eric Burden.
Mac-based ProvaROOM, which uses the same RIP file for proof and output, is undergoing final testing at two beta sites before being available to the existing user base. It will cost 1,950.
