Essex-based Heron, part of the Wyndeham group, will begin printing the monthlies, Real Business and Business Voice, from the end of next month.
The titles had only been at the Gillingham plant, which St Ives is proposing to close, since November 2001. They had previously been printed at St Ives Plymouth before the group renegotiated Caspians contract last September.
"Heron is a fantastic plant, with new kit and CTP, and it can accept all the files we send over," said Caspian production director Andrea St Hill.
Real Business has a circulation of 43,285, while Business Voice circulates just over 30,000 copies on average.
