The recruitment firm was responsible for an initial action against Buzwell Group and Buzwell Management in August this year.
However, both companies managed to stave off the winding-up order at that time after paying monies into court at the 11th hour (PrintWeek, 26 August).
This led to winding-up orders being issued against Buzwell and printer White Productions by Perivan Group administrators Begbies Traynor in September.
ExecutivesOnline managing director Norrie Johnston said the latest order, issued on 8 November, was for unpaid invoices, which related to executives supplied to the Buzwell Group and its subsidiaries.
The petition is due at the High Court on 15 December.
Buzwell Management is now in compulsory liquidation, with Buzwell Group's affairs handled by Onicus.
Records show that the firm lists former Buzwell Group chairman Robert Brooks as a director.
