The NHS deal will include products for a number of projects, the first of which is its "Choose and Book" scheme, for which the firm has already produced 220,000 28pp credit card-sized brochures.
To build on its growth, the Wakefield firm has commissioned a bespoke inline tabbing, folding and sealing line, which is set to be installed at the end of the April.
Initial testing of the modular line will begin next week at the UK engineering company responsible for building the 10,000-plus items per hour line.
"There's nothing else in the UK that can tab one product to another, fold the cover and actually seal the cover," said broCard managing director Shaun Stanley.
"If the product works as it should and reaches its full potential, I will be commissioning another machine in the next six months."
BroCard, which specialises in mini-brochures and one-piece mailers, printed and finished the NHS brochures on-site. Clients of the company's mini-brochures have included The Daily Telegraph, totesport, NatWest, Barclays and Mastercard.
