BPIF appoints new regional director

Marcus Clifford has joined the BPIF as director of its Eastern Region, which serves some 350 members.

Clifford replaces Greg Kane, who left to join the New Jarrold Printing MBI team earlier this year. His industry experience spans more than two decades and includes senior roles at Raithby Lawrence, BPC, FPC Greenaway and Adare. He has also worked as a management consultant within the sector, and has considerable expertise in how businesses can gain competitive advantage.

"The BPIF is doing some very interesting things now and there's a lot of energy in the organisation. Because of my background I can bring a lot of useful and beneficial experience," Clifford said.

BPIF membership director Mike Hopkins said Clifford would play a key role in "reinvigorating the BPIF's activities in the region, as well as providing and invaluable asset to our members."

The Eastern Region extends from Buckinghamshire to East Anglia and accounts for almost 12% of the federation's membership.
