Poster printer Bovince has been awarded the "best SME" prize by Inside UK Enterprise.
Sponsored by the DTIs Small Business Service and announced on 16 October in London, the awards are designed to recognise businesses that share best practice.
London-based Bovince hosted nine open day events last year to share its training and development ideas.
