"Buying the Nuveras was integral to our plans for growth," said managing director Paul Dawe (pictured right with Bournemouth University purchasing manager Barry Chapman).
The move, which was closely linked to the landing of Bournemouth University's (BU) print work, makes CMP the largest Nuvera installation in the UK.
"We looked for a company that could cope with high-output demands and quick turnaround time, and CMP fitted the bill," said BU purchasing manager Barry Chapman.
The Bournemouth-based digital outfit initially ordered two of the black and white machines but added a third, which was installed at the same time, after it secured the BU job.
"The machines were installed very quickly and have been under a heavy workload from the start, hitting six-million pages in two months," said Dawe.
