Fujifilm Graphic Systems has reported its best ever quarter after its third quarter 2000 sales of consumables and electronic products hit 8.5m.
Fujifilm Graphic Systems UK marketing manager Graham Leeson said: It has been mainly due to the launch of the Luxel P-9600 CTP system. Although it was launched at Drupa, it has only been widely available for the last couple of months.
Wood Printcraft and Lithographic Plate Plan Orders have placed orders for the Luxel P-9600.
On the consumables side, Brillia CTP plates are also going very well. Not just on the back of the P-9600, but individually as well, added Leeson.
Harlequin Colour Print, Hunters Armley and Independent Newspapers in Ireland are among the companies to have recently placed orders with Fujifilm for consumables.
