Bemrose fits two APS 22s for faster enclosing

BemroseBooth has boosted its secure mailing capability by 50% with a 1m spend.

It's Secure Mail division has installed two 22,000iph Pitney Bowes APS 22 enclosing lines, both with Direct Connect Control (DCC).

"It [the spend] has enabled us to elevate our position and capacity to address an expanding customer base in this [high-end] area," said business development director Joe Pleshek.

The lines, which were commissioned three weeks ago, will be used for the production of transactional work, such as statements and billings, for the firm's building society, insurance, mail-order and financial services clients.

"Our customers now have access to the fastest enclosing equipment on the market in an environment where integrity and security are of paramount importance," said Pleshek.

According to the firm, the DCC function offers "real time tracking of individual mail pieces and closed loop verification", which will ensure 100% mail integrity.
