The Wiltshire printer picked up the prize for Lucien Freud Drawings 1940, published by Matthew Marks Gallery and bound by R Harsher.
Other book manufacturers recognised included RPM Print & Design in the Digital category, Alden Group in the Education Tertiary category and H Charlesworth for Limited Edition/Fine Binding.
The event, managed by the BPIF with support from Oxford Brookes University and the Publishers Association (PA), attracted 270 guests.
PA chief executive Ronnie Williams delivered the keynote address. "Never has the book had a higher profile than it has now," he said. The ceremony was held at The Brewery in London on 9 November.
