The company, which is based at Associated's Harmsworth Quays plant and collates and polywraps Saturdays Daily Mail, the Mail on Sunday and Evening Standard, can produce 240,000 copies in five hours to be distributed to supermarkets in the South-east.
The Ferag lines will enable Associated to produce 1.2m polywrapped copies of the Mail on Sunday for London Carlton, Meridian and Central Television areas.
Each Ferag line has eight JetFeeder hoppers capable of handling pre-printed products up to 160pp, from A6 to tabloid.
High Speed Bagging Company managing director Gerry Davis said: Previously, feeding the product was the slowest part of the process, but with the JetFeeder and RollStream lines it has become the fastest.
