Arjowiggins Graphic launches more customer-friendly website

Paper manufacturer Arjowiggins Graphic has launched its new website, which it said would enhance the customer experience.

The website, which launched last week, has been designed and developed by web design agency Mud. It features enhanced imagery and design, and an interface that is fully compatible with mobile devices.

This will enable printers, designers and corporates to more easily order samples and calculate Environmental Benefit Statements on the go, according to the firm.

A new 'paper finder’ feature provides detailed information on the environmental efficiency and technical specification of each of the manufacturer's papers.

Digital marketing manager Will Green said: “The launch of our new website signals our continued dedication to our customers’ needs. The new site includes favourite features, such as the environmental calculator, but has new capabilities that enhance customer experience.

“We have maintained a focus on informing our customers about the benefits of recycled paper, with exclusive videos of our production mills, while demonstrating what great work can be produced by those who select our products.”

The site features original photography of all of the company's papers throughout the site, including Cocoon, Cyclus and Eural, as well as examples of commercially printed pieces.

The Green Matters section of the website includes new videos and animations depicting the lifecycle of recycled paper and features footage of the Arjowiggins Graphic manufacturing mills, emphasising the benefits of recycled paper.

Mud creative director Matt Powell said: “We wanted to develop a site that really enhanced the customer experience. Showcasing Arjowiggins Graphic’s papers in an increasingly visual way through brand new photography and imagery, the customer gains a real insight to their products and company ethos.”

Arjowiggins Graphic is part of materials and paper manufacturer Arjowiggins, which has 4,000 employees and 20 paper mills worldwide and generates sales of around €1bn (£800m).
