Antalis has signed a binding offer to acquire the Integart Group, to expand its footprint in the visual communication market.

With a consolidated turnover of €42m (£37.2m) and more than 200 employees in 2022, the Integart Group is a distributor of visual communication products, headquartered in Poland with offices in Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Established in 1994, the group offers a wide range of large-format printing materials, textiles, and machinery for various industries such as media, interior design, and construction.

The deal was announced on Friday (21 April). Antalis CEO Hervé Poncin commented: “The acquisition of the Integart Group will strengthen our market position in Eastern Europe and enhance the execution of our growth plan in the visual communication market.”

Sławomir Kot-Zaniewski, president of the Integart Group, added: “Since its founding, our company has grown to be a highly specialised and reputable supplier of visual communication solutions and services for the advertising industry.

“Joining the Antalis Group will make us a stronger player in the market and allow us to expand internationally.”

The offer is subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions precedent, including the approval of the Polish competition authority.
