"Our money is completely covered," said sales director for confectionery and snack food products Barry Bacon.
According to the Evesham-based packaging firm, Golden Wonder is not a direct client and it deals instead with an unnamed intermediary.
Administrator Kroll was appointed on Monday (9 January). It blamed a competitive market dominated by Walkers for the demise.
The firm had recorded a loss of 10.8m on 87.8m sales by the end of 2004.
"[Snacks] is a tough market but we're confident that it will continue in one form or another, and we hope to continue working with it even if it's under different ownership," said Bacon.
Before being placed in administration Golden Wonder was owned by The Snack Factory, a subsidiary of Longulf Trading which has a number of operations including a packaging buyer.
