The print and data manager based in Bristol went north to Dunkeld, Perthshire, after seeing "major opportunities" in the Scottish market.
Branch director Andrew Robertson said he would use Scottish suppliers and his firm's management and technical know-how to serve national and international companies.
AccessPlus managing director Daniel Emerson said: "Good service in Scotland depends on an excellent nationwide resource and regard to specific needs of firms north of the border."
AccessPlus, owned by TripleArc, has offices in Leeds, Manchester and London and the new base would target the country's central belt and further north, he said.
"Our infrastructure and Robertson's extensive knowledge will prove a winning formula. We look forward to substantial revenues from our Scottish division," said Emerson.
