Jameson Print Finishers was set up in 1998 and celebrates its 20th anniversary this year. Managing director Michael Berry’s interest in complicated folding such as maps and miniature folding resulted in Jameson becoming a specialist folding company.

Jameson is based in Accrington – perfectly located for the motorway network

More than 20 permanent staff

What does your firm do? 

We have grown from specialising in complex folding to include B1 die-cutting and folding/gluing such as cartons, card carriers, folders and wallets

What’s your typical customer?

We don’t really have one – every type of print business including all the major envelope manufacturers

All around the UK from Cornwall to the Scottish Highlands

The packaging industry, retail business and print managers

What’s your USP?

We have the largest range of machines in our area covering sheet sizes from A8 to A0

MBO and H&H folders, Muller Martini stitching, several Italian folder-gluers

What’s been your proudest achievement in the past few years?

Surviving for 20 years during a seismic change in the industry and building a strong team
