Rollem to showcase new products at Ipex

Bespoke finishing systems specialist Rollem will showcase an array of new products at this year's Ipex exhibition in Birmingham.

The Sheffield-based company will launch SpeedSet Tooling, as well as the update of its JetStream model and its latest SetStream machine.

Rollem said its SpeedSet Tooling would enable users to perform faster changeovers on existing Rollem products as it allowed higher levels of slitting, trimming, perforating and micro-perforating.

According to Rollem, the JetStream system, which is aimed at the digital market, is designed to reduce waste by slitting business cards printed 25-to-view on an SRA3 sheet.

SetStream offers in-line multi-numbering, perforating and edge gluing. It can be used to produce raffle tickets three-to-view on an A4 sheet, which can be glued in sets, numbered and perforated, ready to be guillotined, the company said.

Stuart Murphy, managing director at Rollem, added: "Our solutions range from feeding, numbering, perforating, trimming and scoring to sophisticated lines that may require extremely accurate slitting, gluing, folding and wrapping."

The Ipex exhibition will take place from 18 to 25 May at Birmingham's NEC.
