Optimus Cloud, which had its international launch at Fespa Digital 2012 in Barcelona, was named "Best Web-based Software Product" at the EDP awards ceremony at drupa 2012.

"We are delighted to be given this award, which confirms our goals to provide customers with innovative software solutions that not only assist in managing their businesses, but also help support business growth," said managing director Nicola Bisset.

The Cloud MIS enables one-click ordering of standard and variable data products with full access to product templates, regardless of complexity. The tool’s variable data engine automatically converts orders into jobs in the workflow.

UK-based Optimus was similarly recognised by the EDP at Fespa Digital 2011, where its Dash MIS got the nod.
