Industry names set for The Print Show

A number of industry names are now gearing up for The Print Show 2017, with Konica Minolta the latest to sign up.

Konica Minolta sales manager Bernard Cassidy said that the manufacturer’s stand will focus on production workflow automation and will showcase new additions to the Konica Minolta production print portfolio, including the AccurioPress C6100 series.

Cassidy said a team of production print specialists would be present to provide hands-on advice to customers and identify key areas in their production workflow in which they can improve.

Other confirmed exhibitors include OKI, Epson, Xeretec, Inktec, KBA, Hybrid Services, Vivid Laminating Technologies, Duplo and Riso, along with HP’s large-format division.

HP large-format printing marketing manager Anne Sharp said the division had decided to sign up for the show shortly after March’s Sign & Digital UK.

“There is nothing much in the rest of the year for customers to go to in the UK, in terms of signage our customers want to go and see equipment and talk to experts and get a good idea. We have previously done roadshows, but trade shows are a good base,” she said.

HP will be showcasing its newly launched Latex Print and Cut range, its Drupa-launched 3.2m-wide HP Latex 1500, and a PageWide XL machine for graphics.

Mimaki’s exclusive UK distributor Hybrid Services will be exhibiting with a number of its resellers and showing a wide array of Mimaki machines, including its latest solvent, LED-UV and textile printing range, according to national sales manager John de la Roche. Mimaki launched and previewed a number of new machines at Fespa last month.

Other Mimaki resellers present on stand will be PPD, RA Smart and Your Print Services (YPS).

De la Roche said: “Thanks to the breadth and capability of Mimaki’s product range offers, we’re looking forward to talking with an equally broad array of visitors.

“We’re confident that between our stand and those of our resellers, we’ll be able to propose an unparalleled range of digital printing solutions.”

The Print Show will take place from 11-13 October at the Telford International Centre.
