IPIA and BAPC to host virtual event

Twinned trade associations IPIA and BAPC are to host a four-day virtual conference developed to help “help the UK print industry strengthen its adaptability and resilience”.

“It has been a tough few months. We have all pulled together and worked hard to keep our industry strong and relevant,” said IPIA chairman Graeme Smith.

“The industry can now get set to experience a wealth of inspiring, insightful, and educational online seminars and workshops. With each having been designed to give organisations in our sector new tools to assist with meeting the challenges that tomorrow will bring.”

The trade body's free #punchbackprint event features a mixture of 20 workshops and presentations delivered by 37 speakers and panellists, a combination of vendor sponsors, print business leaders from the IPIA membership and a range of experts from sectors including retail and local government.

Topics covered across the four days include: innovation, future of retail, diversification, selling solutions, not print and adding value.

The virtual conference will take place over, with different sessions each day across 31 July, 4 and 5 August, and 12 August.
