US manufacturers DreamScape and Alumanate are at Fespa with the specific goal of expanding in Europe.

Aluminium composite panel specialist Alumanate (A2-C04) has set up a warehouse in the Netherlands and plans to open another in the UK.

“Our success in the US and Canadian markets has given us the confidence to invest in this expansion,” said president Matt Hertz.

DreamScape (A3-A60) specialises in high-quality, heavy-duty wallcovering materials and has handed a global debut to its new Duralon PVC-free product at Fespa.

The firm already has distributors in the Netherlands and the UK and is looking to expand its reach into other European markets.

“We are here to build partnerships,” said president Roy Ritchie.

He said Duralon, made with thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO), was “the same, but different – it’s durable and prints just as well”.
