Xeikon, Strobbe and basysPrint to list on AIM

Belgian electronics group Punch International has revealed plans to float its graphics divisions on London's Alternative Investment Market by next summer.

Subsidiaries Xeikon, Strobbe Graphics and basysPrint will all be transferred to a single company known as PunchGraphics before the listing, which is planned for completion by the end of June 2005.

The group has appointed former Philips International senior vice president Dick Tilanus to head up the new subsidiary as its chief executive.

In a statement, the company said that the listing would "provide an important boost to support future growth of both PunchGraphics and Punch International".

Punch International is already listed on Euronext Brussels and is part of the NextPrime index.
