The semi-auto burst separates the sheet from the roll at the output stage. This is really important, as it allows us to achieve three clean edges. With speeds of 15m per minute and a maximum sheet size of 530x760mm, the machine is ideal for short runs and fast 24-hour delivery; we can auto-process 200 sheets at a time. For booklets and brochures, this aspect of the machine’s capabilities is fundamental to attain the speed and quality we desire for short-run on-demand jobs. The high productivity of the single-sided GBC 620os laminating system is good for all printing jobs, and we are particularly impressed with its adjustable core adapters for various film widths and an integrated separator.
