The Leeds-based company said it needed the extra strength in its bindery after it installed a Wohlenberg Perfect Binder late last year.
Finance director Dave Lowthorpe said: "The deal with Grafitec was very swift, and once an MBO B30 became available it was serviced, cleaned and delivered all in just a couple of weeks.
"We've won new clients on the back of our binder acquisition and this is a perfect addition to complement the new work we are now getting."
The nine-staffed company said it is aware of the need to regularly keep up with client demands.
"Several competitors are struggling, but our staff keep machines rolling and we are constantly trying to buck the trend," said Lowthorpe.
"Adding extra value to our business planning certainly makes sense, and with running speeds well over 14,000 this is an ideal machine to help."
