The move has resulted in the departure of Wyndeham Hubbard managing director John Hubbard and works director Colin Fox. The Dronfield business will now be overseen by Grange works manager Bob Day, who takes on the additional responsibilities of Hubbard managing director.
Wyndeham Westway managing director Eddie Fear moves to the new position of group commercial director, and is replaced at the Luton sheetfed plant by Mike Carter, the current managing director at Graphics Kent (pictured).
The Kent pre-press facility is to be "more widely integrated into the pre-press division" and will be overseen by John Brewer (associate director) and Barrie Smith (production director), reporting to group pre-press managing director Tony Austin.
Chief executive Paul Utting described the moves as "the next step in our strategy to combine companies serving similar markets under common management".
He said the benefits would include improved operational efficiencies and customer service.
