Hodges will head up a team of four at the Whitchurch-based firm and be geared towards offering a new product for workflow and content management software.
Named Zeus the product will automate the selection, assembly and presentation of content for the delivery of personalised and targeted documents.
Zeus will not only search and gather related information but also intelligently paginate such data into a pre-defined print format, said Hodges.
Wave2 hopes that the software will be demonstrable by May and is currently seeking sales partners in the print and publishing markets.
