Managing director Simon Biltcliffe said that although he was sorry to see the demise of East Kilbride, he was pleased to be able to re-employ some of its staff's expertise.
These include James Neely as print consultant and Norman Macaulay as production manager.
Both have joined the newly opened Webmart Scotland office, based in East Kilbride.
Biltcliffe said the aim was for the print manager's Scottish office to expand into the financial sector, due to its base, close to the Edinburgh financial district.
Its clients include South Lanarkshire Council, The North Edinburgh Arts Council and Celtic FC, for whom it is producing a mail-order catalogue.
It is hoped that the addition of the Scottish branch will add between 2m-3m to Webmart's turnover, taking it to around 15m.
